Perfect for studio or single bedroom apartments that need a light refresh to be move-out ready! Priced per room.

Services include:

- Move-out checklist inspection

- Nail and screw hole repair

- Single room floor or carpet cleaning

- HVAC filter replacement (can be provided at cost)

- Light bulb replacement (includes up to 6 standard bulbs)

- Caulk repair

Perfect for renters with moderate wear and tear who want a professional to handle the most common security deposit deductions. Priced per bedroom.

- Full Studio Refresh service offering for 2 or more bedrooms

- Minor drywall repair (3 patches 4x4 or smaller)

- Paint touch up for three walls (paint matching separate)

- Door and fixture adjustments

- Tub or shower silicone replacement

- Carpet cleaning for 2 rooms

- Appliance cleaning (exterior surfaces)
